2. What FreeBy44 Does

FreeBy44 is a personal tracking tool that helps you:

Track your FIRE corpus against committed milestones
Log monthly income, investments, and expenses manually
Monitor asset values, outstanding liabilities, and insurance policies
View projected corpus growth based on your own inputs and assumptions
Manage sinking funds for planned future expenses

FreeBy44 is not a financial advisory service, investment platform, or regulated financial product. Think of it as a smart, persistent spreadsheet — it remembers your data month after month so you can spot drift early.

3. Not Financial Advice — Important

FreeBy44 does not provide financial advice, investment advice, or investment recommendations of any kind.

The website does not advise you on which securities, mutual funds, or stocks to buy, sell, or hold.
Corpus projections, FI ratio calculations, and milestone timelines are mathematical estimates based on data and assumptions you enter yourself. They are not predictions or guarantees.
Lifestyle creep alerts and savings rate traffic lights are informational signals only — not instructions.
Real-world outcomes depend on market returns, inflation, and life events the website cannot predict.

Consult a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser before making any financial decision. Dreamverna is not liable for financial decisions you make based on data or projections shown in the website.

4. Your Account and Responsibilities

Authentication: You sign in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. Dreamverna does not store your Google password.

Data Accuracy: All financial data is entered manually by you. You are solely responsible for its accuracy. Dreamverna does not verify or audit your financial data.

Personal Use: FreeBy44 is for your personal use only. You may not share your account, resell access, or use the website to provide advisory services to others.

Single User: Each Google account corresponds to one user. Multi-user and family-sharing are not supported.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Store data belonging to other individuals without their consent
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the website
Use the website in any manner that violates applicable Indian laws
Attempt to circumvent authentication or access other users' data
Use the website to provide financial advice to third parties for consideration

6. Third-Party Services

FreeBy44 relies on these services to operate:

Google OAuth (NextAuth.js) — authentication. Governed also by Google's own Terms and Privacy Policy.
MongoDB Atlas — cloud database storage for your financial data.
Vercel — hosting and serving the website.

Dreamverna is not responsible for the terms, policies, or availability of these services.

7. Your Data

You own the financial data you enter into FreeBy44. Dreamverna does not claim ownership over your personal financial information. We use your data solely to provide the website's features — we do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it beyond operating the service. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 9).

8. Intellectual Property

The FreeBy44 website — including its code, design, branding, and algorithms — is the intellectual property of Dreamverna. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Account Termination and Data Deletion

You may stop using FreeBy44 at any time. To request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data, email us at [email protected]. We will process your request within 30 days. Dreamverna reserves the right to suspend access if you violate these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

FreeBy44 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Dreamverna is not liable for any financial or other loss arising from your use of the website, reliance on projections, data inaccuracies, service interruptions, or decisions made based on information displayed in the website.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. For significant changes, we will notify you via the email linked to your Google account or via an on-site notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
